I am a Certified Professional Coach, Passion Test Facilitator, writer and speaker. I work with individuals to guide them in reclaiming their joy. I believe we are magnificent human beings on the journey of a lifetime. It's our choice in how we live our lives, let's live it up in the rapture of now!
I believe life is the journey -- not the lesson we have to learn. Life is always providing us opportunities to grow and expand and to deepen our understanding of who we are and how we are in this world. Life is what we make of it.
In life, things happen. For me, a thing that happened that really affected me, my life and the lives of those I love was one day, I fell in love with Prince Charming and awoke to my worst nightmare. I was lost. Penniless. Alone except for my faithful Golden Retriever who had journeyed through that hell with me for four years nine months.
In freedom, I discovered the truth about who I am -- I am a woman of great worth, a woman of wonder, of limitless capacity to live life fully, deeply, passionately and alive.
Claiming all I am is a daily action -- with gratitude and forgiveness always in my heart -- I claim all I'm meant to be. With love and compassion, I claim all of me.
